The Design And Development Of The Electronic Government Official Document Circulation System

E-government document flow system that is using advanced computer technology,network technology and database technology,can realize the function of automatic transfer approval documents,simplify the complexity of the traditional official document circulation,promote the popularization and promotion of e-government,e-government efficiency to meet the needs of the office.This thesis analysises the study of the status of e-government document flow system at home and abroad,to improve and perfect the basic unit in the original system,the design and implementation of a new electronic document circulation system.The main work of this thesis is as follows:1)This thesis firstly describes the development background of the system and the technology and development framework,and analyzes the software design and implementation of how to carry out the system architecture,.NET technology.2)This thesis describes the requirement analysis and design process of e-government document circulation system,use the UML use case and structured flowcharts overall demand analysis and function design of the system,and the design of the network topological structure of the system hardware and software deployment structure.3)This thesis expounds the implementation process of e-government document management system document management,in management of the two core functions.4)Finally,this thesis has carried on the summary to the system testing,test results show that each function module to coordinate with each other,can complete the documents sent,received,the main function of archiving and query.The E-government document system that is designed in this thesis can solve the traditional document can not be shared,low degree of automation,system architecture,can not be extended backward,safety and reliability and high,can guarantee the realization of electronic unit of the document,information,automatic send and receive and archive,and greatly improves the work efficiency of the government staff,reduced government staff working pressure.
