With the development of wireless communication technology, the needs for highperformance and large capability wireless communication systems are greatly enlarged, the demand for radio frequency and communication IC become higher and higher. Thus, it brings lots of practical value to research and design RF receiver circut. Low noise amplifier is a key component in the front-end of RF transceiver. As the first stage of the system, its gain, noise figure and linearity directly take effects on the whole circuit . in order to meet the requirement of high performance and low cost, RF transceiver needs a fully integration. In mobile communication, power supply voltage have a deleterious effect on the receiver performance. a folded cascode structure is introduced in this paper. It can works in very low voltage, and it has highly performance. In the traditional folded cascode LNA, the direct contact architecture is being used. The output impedance of common-source amplifier is not equal to the input impedance of common-gate amplifer. the signal is reflected during transmission. For this reason, This article focuses on the output impedance of common-source amplifier and the input impedance of common-gate amplifer. A stage matching scheme is being put forward in this paper. The match circuit favored the signal transmission, however the SNR is promoted, and the noise factor is reduced. at the same time, to some extent, the match circuit has reduced the intersuppress of many parameter.A low-voltage folded cascode low noise amplifier available to bluetooth, based on 0.18um CMOS technology is presented in this paper, which can achieve conjugate match of two stages,The supply voltage is 1V, At 2.45GHz, this amplifier provides a forward gain of 22.535dB with a noise figure of only 1.087dB.1dB compression point is -11.746dBm. The power consumption is 10mW.
