For improving teacher sustainable, higher level development for his/her profession and enhancing the validity of teacher school-based learning, this thesis based on the advantages of Moodle has demonstrated in the school-based learning. Tries to construct the school-based learning pattern by using Moodle platform and with two cases of school-based learning to expound on how to rely on School-based learning to promote the teacher professional development.This paper is divided into five parts.Chapter-1 Introduction:It clarified in the vision of Education Informatization, teachers should use information technology to support their professional development; the new curriculum reform also requires teachers to change their role; school-based learning is one of the effective ways to improve the professional development of teachers, by using the Moodle platform to promote school-based learning with a view to enhancing the professional development of teachers, and the purpose of this study.Then author descript the research ideas,the framework and research methods of this thesis.Chapter-2 Theoretical study: It analyzed the related research about the teacher professional development, including the rise,the theoretical study and the stage of teacher professional development. The definition of school-based learning and its theoretical basis. The existed model between school-based learning and the teacher professional development.Chapter-3 Research design:Firstly it presented the Moodle and the Moodle has demonstrated its advantages in the school-based learning. Based on analyzing the background of the selected school and the needs of teachers identify the style and content of school-based learning. According to school-based learning concept, designed a teacher school-based learning model based on the Moodle. And to design the program of teacher school-based learning, including the preliminary analysis, organization and management of school-based learning.Chapter-4 Practical Application: The thesis according to the pattern of Teacher School-Based Learning Based on Moodle from the part of " research design" have constructed, with two cases of school-based learning of《easy to learn Moodle》and《Self-help Web-Based Course based on Moodle》, and expounded on how to rely on School-based learning to promote the teacher professional development.Chapter-5 Aggregation and Outlook:Author aggregated the research process and innovation of this study,problems inthis research and its development in the further.
