Nowadays, E-learning has gained more and more popularity, it could well excites students'enterprising spirit and practical ability, more and more recognized by the learner, so the network teaching system becomes a hot research field. E-learning and course management system(CMS)has many variety,and the function of them is different, and they are not compatible.This article gives deep research in Moodle, and on this basis, designing the teaching of vocational college management platform. At the same time this article introducing the concept of intelligent design teaching modules, using the Clustering Analysis of Data Mining, effectively changing students in the learning process aimlessly study habits, So that students can learn according to their matched. characteristics。This article analyzes the requirements of the E-learning system based on the research of traditional network teaching system and the collage teaching affairs. The article divide the module, through the functional design and detailed description of data flow design the describes the functional requirements of each module. In the basis of the requirements, the E-learning system choose Moodle as its platform, puts forward specific design ideas and function flow. Based on Moodle architecture technique the author developed a network teaching system. Finally, according to the data mining in E-learning system design and realization application, developed a intelligent teaching module. By using K-means algorithm, using cluster analysis on student achievement, according to the results of cluster analysis, the E-learning system gives different students of different learning programs, as well as specific recommendations to improve academic performance.Through the actual verification, The E-learning system can effectively improve teaching efficiency and facilitates the integration and sharing of teaching resources. At the same time the system integrates the cluster analysis of data mining, the experimental results show that the E- Learning system to achieve a reasonable and intelligent learning services, can greatly enhance the students'learning efficiency, enhanced intelligent of the platform.
