The 21st century is the era of digital. The network environment, which formed by the modern science and technology with the network as the core, has changed almost every aspect of our daily life. As the teacher of the information age, it has been difficult for us to adapt to the changes of students' thoughts and concepts, as well as education reform, because of the traditional single-teacher quality. Now teachers are facing a problem of re-learning and self-improvement. To that end, this article tries to make a research on the means of synergic study which aims at self-improvement of teachers who play the role of learners in the network environment. It will help the teachers to improve themselves and adapt to the requirement of the education.
