| As "Vocational Middling School Teacher Development Project" of national ministry of education requires, the teaching of professional course should stress vocational education characteristics; this makes a higher demand on professional course teachers. It is a new subject to discuss for every teacher that in teaching practice which basic capabilities the teacher should have and how to acquire them.The computer software course is one of the key courses of vocational high school. The teachers of this course shoulder the burdens of educating primary software technical personnel. But the capabilities of teachers need to rise. The condition at present is: the proportion of teacher with matched major is not high, teacher with double skills is low, majors can't meet the social demanding, teaching methods and relative means is laggard.
