As "Vocational Middling School Teacher Development Project" of national ministry of education requires, the teaching of professional course should stress vocational education characteristics; this makes a higher demand on professional course teachers. It is a new subject to discuss for every teacher that in teaching practice which basic capabilities the teacher should have and how to acquire them.The computer software course is one of the key courses of vocational high school. The teachers of this course shoulder the burdens of educating primary software technical personnel. But the capabilities of teachers need to rise. The condition at present is: the proportion of teacher with matched major is not high, teacher with double skills is low, majors can't meet the social demanding, teaching methods and relative means is laggard. It is emergent to raise the teaching capability of professional course teacher and teaching quality.This thesis aims personnel structure of software enterprises, job setting and its technique requirement, organizing and management method, requirement for personnel humanity in china and analyses the technical personnel demands of software enterprise and its development tendency in the future. Bases on present condition of software education in vocational high school and demands of teaching innovation, it researches quality of students, structure of teachers and teaching plan._Structure and for software course teacher of vocational high school is studied out.
