The Thesis briefly reviewed the present situation on the learning website construction and problem existed, and explained the aim of the website design, reliability of the website design and the way of scientific research-urvey method. It also analyzed the localization of the learning website and learner' s demand.Then it introduced the theoretic basement of the learning website design-onstructivism Learning Theory and Collaborative Learning Theory, and introduced the main forms and basic models of collaborative learning. Then briefly introduced the technology basement of the learning website design-SP technology and how to create a new website and how to connect to a database.Now as a emphases the thesis introduced the basic structural character, principle and policies of the learning website design, and late explained the process of the website design. Finally it designed a questionnaire form on effect of collaborative learning Based on the Learning Website, and compared two kinds of results of the test paper before and after the collaborative learning. It also analyzed the change of behavior and learning attitude before and after it. After diagnosed and analyzed the result of the questionnaire form, it Finally analyzed the effect of the learning website designing and application on middle school teaching such as the change of learning behavior, incentive of learning and change of Collaborative Learning environment. It also diagnosed the effect of the learning website designing and application on the integration of Information Technology and the curriculum, and the construction of Informative Education on middle schools teaching.
