Coal Preparation Flowsheet Design System

Traditional coal design process mainly rely that designers draw a flowsheet ,then compute coal flowsheet parameters. This design approach separates data from graphics.It makes design process very complex and work efficiency low.This paper uses coal design theory,and sums up a law of coal preparation design and flow calculation.I have developed the coal preparation processes system software,which facilitates the coal preparation flowsheet.Object Oriented Technique has replaced traditional Analysis and Design technique as the main technique in software engineering.This technique uses objects, classes, packages, inheritance, polymorphism and message concepts to construct, test, reconstruct software.UML (Unified Modeling Language) is a kind of modeling language and has become standard language in the domain of software industry.UML is fine defined, easy to expression and powerful in function. It adopts the new conception, method and technology in software engineer. Entire system has been analysed and designed by UML tools. And design rules and the overall framework of entire system have been developed.Drawing program has been developed by interactive graphics design theory. An equipment class has been constructed.it contains the equipment physical property and the equipment parameters.This class is the base of drawing and calculating flowsheet. Through the establishment of equipment tool class and connect line tools class, a WYSIWYG drawing interface program is constructed. The drawed coal preparation flowsheet is saved in a file, not only convenient for management, but also efficient to draw a similar flowsheet by opening the file. So that the software has a flexible expansibility.Material property values of equipment are obtained by two-step. Material property values are inputed an arithmetic expression when flowsheet is designed. Material property values are analysed and calculated after flowsheet is completed.At last, the actual values of material property are obtained.With the software to design the Coal Preparation Plant, it is very convenient to draw the flowsheet , the matter quantity data graph .So that demonstrated that the software can resolve the drawing and calculating issues of coal preparation flowsheet design.
