In recent years, with the changing relationship between the coal market supply anddemand, coal prices continued to rise, and the cost of coal has increased year by year. themajority of domestic fuel coal-fired power generation enterprise cost accounts for morethan70%of the total cost, individual enterprises fuel costs accounted for80%of the totalcost, has become a key factor influencing the management efficiency of enterprises, thusenhancing the coal management reducing efficiency is essential to the enterprise. At thesame time, coal management is more and more difficult, part is vulnerable to outsideinterference, this requires that we must keep pace with the times, to strengthen themanagement of the informationization, automation method.This paper investigates a sampling, sample preparation, testing all aspects of theproblems, summarizes and analyzes the fuel management of user needs, detailed requirementanalysis, design, development, eventually forming a coal management information system,mainly includes three function module: sampling, sample preparation, testing, detailed thedesign idea of each module’s function, as well as the database design and the realization ofthe process; the system adopts the B/S, C/S mixed structure, realizing the automaticgeneration of encryption management, acquisition of test data, to ensure the reliability ofdata.Finally, tested the system each function module, attached to the test case main; and asimple performance test. The results show that, this system meets the demand of a powerplant.
