Mobile communications are the most active fields in today's communication and development of one of the most fast-moving field. Mobiltility is one of the essential characteristics of mobile computing environment, which leads to location change. The location changer is not only challenged the mobile computing, but also brings new applications into this field. With the development of wireless position technology, communication network, geographical information system and mobile internet technology, the applications of location based services (LBS) are booming.Location-Based service is a new value-added service. In the recent years, it has become one focus throughout the world. In order to realize effectively to the transmission line, the science management, safeguards line's safe operation, the China Unicom Henan Subsidiary company proposed that must establish one kind of new line management plan, "deva-eye" patrols the line management system. Just because of it, this paper focuses on the research about CDMA2000-1X LBS. At the begin of this paper; there is a brief but all-sided introduction of LBS and a seeing about the development of standards about LBS. At the same time, this paper provides an all-sided research about GPSONE hybrid positioning technology and positioning flow, which is used in CDMA2000-1X network. Discusses the GPSONE positioning system through the whole solution and the essential technical question and the example to inspect in the system utilization related topic in the correspondence optical cable.
