As the modernization of automobile manafacture speeding up,modernization of automobile pattern product line becomes more important. As a vital part of an ignition system, an ignition coil directly affects the dynamic and environmental protecting performance. The maturity of RFID technics makes it possible to realize automatic monitoring and controlling of automobile ignition coil product line, which will improve the producing mode, lift the effect and save cost. Meanwhile, the adoption of RFID into 4S shops to trace back the cause of vihecle failures can dramatically save the cost of after-sale service, thus enhance the competition ability in the industry, and set up good images to the consumers. This dissertation has finished adopting the RFID technics into the manufacture process control of ignition coils, including the developing of MF RC500 reader, and the realization of the dynamic automobile ignition coil data management by embedding MIFARE tags into the ignition coils. The characteristic of the design is: a single ignition coil test can be finished within 4 seconds; the reading and writing of the test results and relating data can be carried on; real-time parameters recording is realized to trace the condition of the product in order to fulfill the manufacture techniques; superior electromagnetic compatibility of the system is also realized to make it work stably in industrial environment. In addition to basic functions, this dissertation has put great effert on the design of RFID tags, antennas, rectifying and load modulation, charge-pump power supply circuit and data encoding and demodulation included. Based on MCS-2051 MCU and ISO14443A protocol, the system can meet requirements in the experiments. This dissertation has accomplished a series of tests, including the impact of tag data reading and writing caused by the metal in ignition coils, the management of ignition coil data, and the performance of passive RFID tag. The functioning of the system shows that, with its steady work, the system can carry out real-time reading and writing of the automobile ignition coil parameters, which has met the expected need of leave-the-factory product encoding and dynamic data managing.
