Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of high-tech,the application of the ignition coil is more and more widely,leading to increased demand in addition to the products of excellent performance,to meet customer needs,but also must strive to improve the life and reliability of the coil,in order to reduce the equipment failure rate.In our country aging test started relatively late,at present the production in line in most small and medium-sized enterprises mainly by large amount of labor,which is characterized by long production cycle,the workers work long time,low efficiency.The introduction of foreign advanced aging testing system,on the one hand,the price is expensive,on the other hand,its control system may not match well with domestic demand.Therefore the development of a suitable for China’s national conditions,simple,economical and stable,perfect function and extensibility of the aging test system to speed up China’s ignition coil production and improve the modernization level of the aging test of economic benefits,is of great significance.This topic will be the reference structure of aging test equipment and the artificial aging test process,combined with the PLC automatic control system,design a control system of automatic line aging test equipment,which make up the blank of ignition coil aging test control system of automatic line,to reduce labor,improve the ignition coil aging test speed and manufacturers benefit,promote the aging test more intelligent and mechanical.The automatic control system of ignition coil aging test consists of three parts:mechanical structure,hardware circuit and upper computer.In this paper,the automatic line control system is taken as the research object.The main research work is as follows:(1)Analysis of the ignition coil aging test process,the control system structure in the detection stage is studied,according to the ignition coil aging test process control requirements and testing equipment control requirements,puts forward the control scheme of the automatic line system based on PLC.The control functions include aging mechanism control,transition mechanism control and detection mechanism control.(2)The design and implementation of the software and hardware of the automatic line control system based on PLC is described,the programming of the control system,especially the programming of the detection phase is explained in detail.(3)According to the performance characteristics of the ignition coil,the software is IV developed independently.The monitoring and statistics of the test data,storage and analysis of the parameters,and so on,so that the ignition coil aging test system more professional and perfect.The automatic control system of ignition coil aging test has been applied in Yangzhou Defendi Intelligent Equipment Co.ltd.The test result accuracy above 96%and shows that the system is effective and feasible.
