With the gradual improvement of living standards, people's safety in an increasingly high demand. The system consists of image acquisition, image storage and GPRS module consists of three parts, the three control centres on achieving common units designated to understand the real-time information and police intelligence handling capabilities. Since this system is in low cost, reliability and other advantages of data, can be widely applied to live and work in the fields.Paper focuses on the image acquisition, image storage and image sent the principle and work process.
