With the development of computer and network technology,informationize have become more common to each industry.Nowadays,the maturity of techniques in both Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and wireless local area networks (WLAN),are becoming more and more adopted in all walks of life.This paper aims to introduce research origin based on the development of health examination information system with the RFID and WLAN,significance, contents of the research.RFID and WLAN respective technology principle of this article has been explained firstly and the current studying condition,advantage has been in progress to the world.And then,discussing the application possibility of medical treatment.RFID application will influence the range universality in medical treatment fields.The RFID research is more popular in fields of logistics storehouse than in medical treatment.RFID public services infrastructure is a service-oriented platform which provides functions to exchange products information on internet based on RFID technology.This paper carefully performs research on technologies of RFID public services infrastructures,gives detailed analysis of application framework, middleware,internal roles and functions, and then proposes a model to track and trace RFID products information.This paper focus on developing an industry oriented RFID middleware in order to make the integration of RFID more convenient and efficient.Because of the complex environment in medical treatment,different hardware of RFID,low calculate ability of the end instrument,the framework of RFID public services infrastructure involving Leaf Server,Integration Server,Paramount Server and complex event processing.We realize the management and coordination of the RFID reader in Leaf Server.On the other hand,we use complex event processing technology to process the data we get from RFID devices and combine them into meaningful complex events and then transfer to the business layer.By using industry oriented RFID middleware,the application developers need not concern the realization details of RFID technology and can be absorbed in the development of business.Then we use the middleware in medical treatment fields and the framework of the RFID public services infrastructure,design the original module of health examination information system in ward,Setting up health examination information system based on RFID and WLAN will contribute to better service,higher efficiency,stronger competibility among hospitals, and promote construction of hospital informationization.There are still many problem through this study,but we believe it will change better soon.
