The Designing And Realization Of The Weboffice System Based On The B/S Construction Of The School Network

This article is about a web office automation system(WebOffice), which is developed on the basis of the school's present situation.In order to adapt to each work step of our school,we several workmates cooperated to develop web office system with special characters.Through web office automation system application,the traditional office automation and the manual work resources waste was reduced massively,time was saved,work efficiency was improved rapidly,and many office members were extricated from lots of typing jobs.We believe user's ideas will update gradually with the improvement of the function of the system.With the constant connection of the digitized pattern work and the actual demand,the WebOffice system will play more important roles.This article is divided into nine chapters.The first chapter analyzes the background and the characters of the present situation of the system, and elaborates that weboffice is major tendency and character of the office automation system.The second chapter introduces the definition and development direction of the WebOffice,and the functions included in the office system of our school.The third chapter explains the developing platform and the NET platform,at the same time under the new technical support,the system security and the stability could be improved greatly.The fourth chapter introduces the overall design plan of the WebOffice system,including database designing,system data dictionary,and the main function designing of the system. The fifth chapter introduces the realization of the most important section-----on-line files transmission,which is part of our weboffice system.The sixth chapter introduces the realization of the receiving and dispatching system,which is a testing system of our school,and an important system as well.The seventh chapter introduces the realization of the role jurisdiction administration,in which we use the connected design thought of"the role jurisdiction"and"individual jurisdiction",strengthening the security of the system.The eighth chapter introduces three main technological spot in the realization of the system.The ninth chapter summarizes the whole system including the system insufficiency.
