It supplies video capture,sound capture,playing of varities of mediafiles,tranform of file and so on.It also support recording function,requesting function anddisplaying of software operating and so on.The writer research the history and the current state of video conference.Writerresearch the hardware conditions and software conditions to develop a video conference,and choose the windows media SDK+VC as the develop platform. The writer study thetechnology of the video capture, codec, encoder, transfer and play. The system is a puresoftware.it dig the ability of computer and functions of SDK.the writer implement a videosystem based on media stream technology. The data of media stream can be received andplayed back by media player that supports media stream,the data can be saved into manykind of files.With the improvement of the system, it will have more and more effect.
