| Video Surveillance System has three categories from analog video surveillance system to digital video surveillance system, then now video surveillance system is on its way to network, digitalization and function integration. Using streaming media technology in video surveillance system will make this system more comprehensive. In terms of technology or market, in order to archive a video and audio distributed video surveillance system in a limited bandwidth, it's inevitable to apply the streaming media technology in video surveillance system. This thesis relying on the subject of vehicle mobile video surveillance system, describes the development of mobile video surveillance service system.Paper first studies the the development present situation of video surveillance systems and the application situation of streaming media technology, the surveillance system technology solutions based streaming service video is proposed with the needs of vehicle mobile video surveillance system. Then it introduces the streaming media technologies, researches and analysis current mature streaming media server software, select the Darwin Streaming Server as the streaming media server software of the video surveillance service system. The vehicle mobile video surveillance service system based on functional requirements is detailed designed by adopting modular program design method and C/S structure. The video transmission interface is developed by Live555 static library. Using the FFmpeg library develop video storage module. The play item of video surveillance client adopts VLC ActiveX component. And based on Windows platform, using VC++6.0 as the main development tools and open-source multimedia library what is said above, a video surveillance service system has been achieved. The test results show that the video surveillance service system meets the application requirements of vehicle mobile video surveillance system, and has good stability, versatility and scalability. |
