Research On Bringing Up Creative Electronic Engineers

Electronic and information technology develop fast. The new electronic products update soon. The cycle of the application technology is much shorter. It is an important that how to nurture the electronic engineerings who meet the needs of the society in our rapidly changing electronic era. Our university more concerned about students'classroom knowledge than the innovative and practical ability. We had to think how to nurture the innovator of the electronic engineering.In this paper, on the basis of the study about innovative personnel training and draw on foreign experience in cultivating innovative talents, including teaching ideas, training mode and so on, I bring forward connotation and composition of innovator'quality structure. Further , I put forward the special quality requirements of electronics engineering innovator. In the end, I point out how to nurture the innovator of the electronic engineering.
