Talking About Innovation-oriented Radio And Television Host University Training Mode

Innovation is not only the soul of the national progress but also the inexhaustible dynamics of country development. The 21st century is the knowledge economy age, now it is a great factor to restrict the innovative ability and competitive ability of our country that whether has the international-level creative intellects. Innovation is today's radio and television programs the soul of the survival and development, innovation is also a radio and television programs to enrich, enhance and get more audience an inexhaustible motive force. Radio and television programs in order to be innovative with the ability to innovate has hosted radio and television professionals. However,in our radio and television host of professional creative talents cultivation appear to be relatively weak and backward. The host college training when entering the job into the role slowly,and cultural background, lack of innovation and capacity issues are increasingly apparent. As a result,China's radio and television host of professional scientific cultivation of innovative talents in front of us,how to develop an innovative capacity of radio and television host,its growth and create a good internal environment is in this paper to explore issues and research purpose.Basing on literature researches and comparative studies,this thesis investigates the characteristics of innovative talented people,analyzes the factors that limit the radio and television host specialty cultivation of creative talented people in institutions of higher learning and problems that existing in this field, and finally proposes relevant suggestions in radio and television host specialty. This thesis is composed of five chapters. Chapter one starts with the introduction which dealing with the basic ground,significance,current research level and research thinking of this thesis topic as well as definition of the relevant concepts. Chapter two mainly gives an analysis of the quality characteristics of innovative talented people,and a further discussion of the significance of cultivating innovative talented people. Chapter three mainly analyzes problems institutions of higher learning in our country encountered in radio and television host specialty cultivating innovative talented people. Basing on the analysis of these problems Chapter four proposes relevant suggestions to speed up the radio and television host specialty cultivation of innovative talented people.
