Under the strategic background of building an innovation-oriented country, the need for innovative talents is increasing day by day with the development of Information Technology and market economy. As the main position and main output port, institutions of higher learning undertake the important task of cultivating talents. However, they are also facing more and more pressure due to the rapid growth in enrollment. Moreover, the contradiction between people's ever-increasing needs of education and the limited quality education resources is becoming more and more outstanding. Practice has proved that it is becoming harder and harder to cultivate elite talents through the higher education. What's worse, higher education is gradually reduced to the public education, general education, even the Degree Education or Diploma Education. It is hard to cultivate the Innovative and practical talents which are urgently needed in our modern society within the specified period of schooling, the prescribed teaching content, the traditional teaching mode, and the fixed evaluation methods. Therefore, large as a nation, educational institutions, institutions of higher learning, social education and training organizations, small as one family and each individual all strive hard to search for more up-to-date, more feasible and more efficient talent cultivation programs.Based on comprehensive literature research, analysis of present situation and theory research, and also combined with Sichuan Key Lab of Software's years of exploration and practice in talent cultivation mode, this paper deeply analyzes the mode of'PIT-SRT"and expounds in detail its four basic factors, its system architecture, marked features and several considerable problems while constructing it, and yields valuable insights into how to avoid the formation of the non-cooperative learning psychology in the process of talents cultivation, and how to carry out the management of resources and knowledge. Moreover, the author has designed an Informatization auxiliary management system with the aid of the technique of ASP.NET+SQL Server2005, thus creating the right conditions for such aspects as improving daily training management of talents in lab, optimizing training process, promoting communication and sharing between teachers and students in experiences and technique, even for strengthening the learning of basic knowledge and the training efficiency of practical abilities, and for achieving the goal of cultivating practical and innovative talents. What's more, it also provides references for cultivating practical and innovative talents in key lab of software.
