With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology,there is much research and application is in full swing in use of computer simulation.The virtual world which is constructed by the technology of Virtual simulation technology,features of immersion,interactivity and imagination,has profoundly changed people's life.Virtual simulation technology is playing an increasingly important role in military,manufacturing, medicine and many other fields,especially received wide attention and applications in scientific research,virtual training.The simulation training platform software that is scene mode,intellectualized,open mode become the study hotspot for its excellent Cost-effective.In order to solve the difficulties faced by higher vocational and technical education and technical staff training,there is an urgency need to develop a suit of simulation training software which is whole scene mode,excellent interactive mode and open mode.Simulation Training Platform has good immersion and interactivity and its screen looks real,training enable away from the external conditions restrictions,repeat operation for many times,greatly reducing the amount of time spent in practice with physical at the same time.All of these reasons are the significance which this topic research for.The construction of Virtual Simulation Training platform of dairy production is a comparatively complicated process,for the production of dairy involved in many equipment, big production scene,and complex operation process.On the basis of studying the process of producing dairy,simulation technology and experiment,this paper constructed the scene of the dairy production for virtual simulation practice platform which is highly interactive and can be promulgated on network.The practice platform including learning process of dairy production,dairy-related knowledge,understanding of equipment and Simulation Training.In this paper,the idea of Scenario-design and parameter-design was provided,the main way of constructing was discussed,including interactive control,information-query and information-feedback etc.Opened up an effective way to construct this kind of simulation practice platform by useing flash as the exploiting tool.In the simulation training platform of producing dairy,the whole training processes were simulated according to the real instruments operating process,which could enhance the user's understanding of corresponding theory.In addition,it had function of good interaction, adjustable parameters,easy to operate and reduce training costs significantly.The simulative product line constructed adapts for educating of professional technique and training for technology personnel,it's had good spread and application value.
