It discusses the necessity of constructing the function of multimedia distance teaching system framework and puts forward the five core function module design ideas and solutions including "the real-time video broadcast function module","the living with synchronous courseware demonstration classroom module","the teaching conference and extracurricular counseling function module","the audio recording and resource demand function module" and "the bringing the two-way video communication management function module",among of them the important elements such as the FLASH Media Server for the platform with FLASH web service, the service,2 asp.net and the advanced modern network Media technology to solve the problem of real-time video transmission. This means of realizing FLV based on streaming media technology, aims to increase coded transmission of real-time video fluency, small amount of data, etc.Flash technology in the remote video teaching process to solve the problem and use the real-time transmission in distance education at present domestic teaching system, the first attempt to the success of the new teaching system research and teaching process to solve remote video transmission problem is quite important reference meanings.
