The application of Flash animation is to be more and more widespread, as one kind of important teaching resources in education website. But through diagnosis domestic education website in Flash animation, we discoved that animation design and manufacture technology good and evil intermingled. Many of the animation are only showing off the technical's great strength, but has neglected the animation's artistic performance, the animation technicality and the artistry has not achieved the very good fusion. The present paper carries a systematic analysis in the animation design technology and the animation design art. The author summarizes the animation design skill and the artistic performance in the education website, and attempts to provide a model for the animation design and the application in future.The first chapter of the paper briefly introduced the definition and classification of education website, and the visual principle of animation .It also introduced the function of animation used in education teaching. Afterwards, it introduced the domestic and foreign present research situations, the background and the significance as well as the research technique. In the paper writing process, mainly used the literature methodology, the union of theory and practices research technique.The second chapter of this paper emphatically elaborated the related theory of animation design and application. In the first, we analyzed the Jean Piaget's stage theory of cognitive development. According to the child's age from low to high, cognitive process will be divided into four development stages. The paper also summarized the cognition characteristic of different stages, so to provide the instruction for the different stages. Followed by the information, we introduced the sense theory of visual communication ---- Gestalt. This theory will Guide designers pay attention to simplify the animation screen, make the screen harmony and unity, and handle the relationship between the subject and background. Finally, we show the Television Psychology's inspiration for animation design and production.Chapter III of the paper introduced the principle of animation design, the process of animation design, as well as the classification of animation courseware. From the difficulty level of performance, animation will be divided into four groups.Paper's Chapter IV focuses on the technical factors related to the design of animation. In the production process, asset preparation is indispensable, and is an important determining factor to the effect of completed animation quality. Appling multimedia to design the classroom teaching, has played an underestimated role in improving the quality of students. It also added vitality to classroom teaching. After, we introduced the basic concept and production technology of animation, and introduced animation programming technology through examples.Chapter V introduced the related art factors from the television animation design theory. It also analyzed the creative design of animation, Montage practices, screen lens, composition and color design. In the creativity modelling, the teaching Flash animation is succinct primarily, and use the realistically representation and artistic representation. The research introduced generalized montage, and through establishes the link in the animation alternately to realize the lens'freedom link. Through the example we introduced the lens'push, pull, swing, move and fade-in, fade-out characteristic. Color in the animation design should reflect a balanced and unified. Through the unified screen keynote, it can help learners to understand the continuity and close of learning content.Chapter VI of the paper summarizes the existing deficiencies in the study and the problem we should pay attention to in the follow-up research.Also,we proposed the main content and direction of the following study.The innovation of this paper is as following: Based on the designing and developing of teaching resources by ourself , we use the television art theory for the design and application of animation. Through designing and developing of the "photographic and art", "traditional Chinese musical instruments" such as large-scale multimedia animation courseware,we summed up the law for Flash animation art design from the creative design, screen lens, composition and color design.The purpose is to enable students to be imperceptible in the nurturing learning.
