With the rapid development of information technology, information services, has already permeated all aspects of social occupation, the demand for the talents of intelligence who have the professional background is growing. Information talent, has gradually started to play an important role in the social development. However, in the current society, there is considerable imbalance of information talent in supply and demand. The information society gives a much higher mission to the information talents, but also a higher demand. The information talents who are trained in the traditional mode of Information Science Education, are difficult meet the needs of the current information society on the quality of the information occupational skills. Therefore, the information science education has become a hot research point.The current researches on information occupational education home and abroad, mainly based on the special information science specialities, such as the Library and Information Service, competitive Information, medical Information, technology Information, business Information, etc., Just to classify the information talents in terms of information specialities, lack of a unified model of information training pattern. And the content in current researches, also only limited on the introduction of the concept, characteristics and development of information science, and some commonly used research methods, and focused on the theory of information science education, which had not come out of the traditional mode of education of Information Science. In addition, the definition of information occupations still belongs to an emerging area of research, so there is no reasonable classification of statistics, and lack of a clear attribution to judge.This stage, as the main front of information talent training, high institutions has a series of deficiencies in the education of information science, such as information science education in colleges and universities have their own characteristics, but lack of unity, and is too dispersed; lack of a complete education evaluation system; lack of appropriate training systems; lack of authoritative education materials; make light of the practice. These problems lead the single structure of knowledge and can not be good enough to meet the community's ability and quality requirements for information talents.This paper, based on the research of occupational classification of some of the world's developed countries, found out the identify areas of work and professional division of the law for information occupation, and combined with the work of domestic information survey, to explore the attribution of occupational information, identify the scope and nature of occupational information and the information talent personnel to be equipped with the basic quality, skills and so on. In addition, through the status analysis of the domestic information talent education and training ,found inadequate, identify the problems, at the same time learn from the valuable education and research point of view both from home and abroad Information Science, to achieve the standardization of information base on the education system, methods and models, in teaching methods, professional settings, the curriculum system set up, modular teaching, research methodology, teaching practice, and then present an Information Science Education Standards.This study is about to break the traditional mode of information science education research and ways of thinking and put forward a unified information science education standards, and fully taking into account the professional background of talents, expertise, professional skills, personal qualities of information talent. This paper has extremely important significance in cultivating a more professional and competitive information talent, and better promotes the sustainable development of information scienceThe innovations of this paper are listed as follows:1. In the subjects, the concern is information education which is the current research focus. On the research point of view, delivered a special analysis of originality on occupational classification of some of the world's developed countries, and combined the research projects on the classification of domestic information statistics, and did a fully analysis of the attribution of information occupation.2. On the issues of information talent training, not only concerned about learning the basis of theoretical knowledge, but also pay attention to the information professional competitive, and then leads to the concept of information talent. Point out that the information is the expertise of occupational personnel and analyzed their sources, characteristics, areas of work and analyzed the primary responsibility.3. Based on the status quo that, the current training mode information education of colleges and universities is too scattered, which has just followed the traditional, inherent model, and the information talent training system has not been formatted, this paper innovatively advanced to establish an information education standards, which can improve the quality of the training of information talents.
