Today,the small&medium-sized real estate enterprises are facing more intense competition environment,including the industry's development,their own operation and development's characteristics,the development of information technology,etc.All of these requries the enterprises to take the initiative to improve their management,efficiency,optimization of the organization,and work collaboratively,and those are the reasons why the Collaborative Office Automation(COA) needs introducting.However,due to the lack of guidance for selection and implementation,the business users tend to only follow the software providers' one-side's story, and can not play their initiative,leading to failures in introduction and implementation of COA, causing a waste of investment,staff's suspicion and exclusion,the slow progress of the implementation.The main point of the this article is to stand by the enterprises and study how the small&medium-sized real estate enterprises can introduct and implementate the COA successfully and effectively.In this paper,the author has used her experience in the case enterprise,and analysed the target enterprises' isuues,such as the development of the industry background,their own characteristics of operation and development,and their use of information technology,then pointed out that it's necessary to introduct and implementate COA,and also COA can bring lots of benefits for such enterprises.Then the paper do a lot of research on the relevant literatures, finding that the existing researchs mainly deal with the selection and implementation of ERP,etc. and the research for COA is not mature,and the author thinks that we can apply the research result for ERP,etc.to COA field.The article is mainly focused on analysizing the problems arising in the progress of the introduction and implementation in the representative case, including the needs analysis,system introduction,process specification,structures and implementation methods,combined with theoretical study,other business's solutions,software providers' ideas.Then are the results:the function of COA is to build up the functional integration platform,information dissemination platform,real-time communication tools, process integration management,information collection platform,with the goal to savie operating costs,communication,standardized management,and working together.Before bringing in COA,there are a lot of preparations to do and plan the functional structure;etc.To implementate successfully,there's a need to build up a highly efficient implementation team, judge the enterprises' implementation Capability Maturity and then choose different methods of implementation,and also it's very important to control the whole project progress.The author thinks that enterprises need to pay special attention to business processes and form design,and have designed two business processes and two forms.Specially the paper has optimized the the Group Project module for the case company.This paper can be used to solve the existing problems in the case and provide guidance for the similar enterprises to implementate COA..
