Research On Realization Of Video Monitoring In Satellite Positioning System

The scene information collection and management can be achieved through access to video and audio data and satellite positioning data in this paper. This paper was composed by acquisition the video and audio data, collection position data, application programs and so on. Based on analyzing the characteristics of video and audio data, positioning data, and project characteristics of the existing resources of the GPS monitoring system. Program which video and audio monitoring was realized in satellite positioning monitoring system was researched and designed.Based on the conclusion of the video acquisition methods, a more general-purpose video and audio data acquisition program had been designed in this paper: (1)The match method based on the positioning data and the video&audio data of time reference was referred. The match relationship of location was build between the location of positioning and the location of video. (2)The vide&audio data acquisition system which had been designed and implementated transmit the video&audio data through Inmarsat BGAN (Broadband Global Area Network) transmission link to the background server in the VS 2005 development environment.(3) Positioning data and video&audio data was processed,and the feasibility of the program was verified through the test program.The Data gathering system which had been realized shows that(l)The matching system of video&audio data and positioning data based on referring time reference can not only meet the need of the vehicle monitoring, personnel monitoring but also provide a more practical solution for the matching location of the video&audio and geographic environments.(2)The positioning data and video and audio data can be applied in the emergency response, urban management, mobile monitoring, tourism fields.First,the subject of research background, research contents and research basis was discussed in this paper. Second, the main use of the technology and related agreements was introduced. Then, the composition of the system and software development flow chart was focused,and in the process of system design and realization, Synchronization of video and audio was resolved,and the method of positioning data extraction was discussed and realized in the existing vehicle monitoring system. Finally, test the system, and the design of the topic was summarized and prospected.
