With the rapid development of economy in our country recently, the number of automobiles also multiplied, traffic on cars is facing great pressure unpredictably, in order to alleviate this situation, many countries around the world compete to research in intelligent transportation system. Apart from the expansion of road and build dimensional road system, it is also an significant field of intelligent traffic to judge the violation of cars during driving.In the field of intelligent traffic, when processing the collected video vehicle monitoring picture, if the camera was moved by outside shock, which may lead to a miscalculation when determine whether the drivers break the law. The prior video vehicle system can eliminate the phenomenon of misjudgment to some extent, but this system may be trapped in local minima in the process of image stabilization, and then lead to mismatching. In view of this situation, this paper proposes a algorithm which is add an anti-shake area automatically search in the video vehicle monitoring system.Increase in video vehicle monitoring system is put forward in this paper a shake area automatically search algorithm. Experiment shows that when the image’s shake amplitude does not exceed the engineering rules, this algorithm can reduce the rate of image mismatching. In the process of dealing with video dithering,this method is obvious superior in calculate speed and matching accuracy, and can complete eradicate the happen of mismatching, and this algorithm provide a more effective protection for the follow develop of intelligent traffic system and the track and judgment of illegal vehicles.This paper analyzes the commonly used video image filtering algorithm, and put forward a new fast filtering algorithm. This method improves the speed of image filtering under the assurance of the filtering effect.This thesis mainly research on the following works:(1) Since the algorithm of eliminating the video dithering in prior video vehicle monitoring system may trap in local minimum, and then lead to mismatching. In order to solve this problem, this thesis propose to add an anti-shake area automatically search algorithm in the video vehicle monitoring system. This algorithm is, search an area which meets the following factors:search in the image reference frame to meet the engineering requirement in advance、take the center of anti-shake as the center in a certain range、the absolute difference of the image grey value present single valley characteristics(there is only one minimum value).It is showed in the experiment that this algorithm is effective in the video vehicle system to reduce the mismatching.(2) Based on the prior theory and procedure of filtering method, put forward a new filtering algorithm, which adopt much measure to improve the speed.This algorithm is carried out on the Visual C++6.0flat, through the compare and analysis of the result of the experiment, the speed of process is improved under the condition of ensuring the effect, and it is effective for de-noising processing in the video.
