Project Implementation Of "Global Eye" Video Monitoring System

With the rapid development of computer network and communication technology, network video monitoring technology has been widely used in all walks of life. "Global eye"video monitoring is a new business launched by China Telecom which is based entirely on the remote image transmission and management of broadband network. It is a comprehensive solution to cross-regional and cross-industry video monitoring system. In order to achieve inter-regional, global management and resource sharing, this system takes advantage of the business of broadband network ubiquitous ports of China Telecom to network the decentralized and independent points of image acquisition. It is mainly applicable to fulfill the needs for remote monitoring and control, transmission, storage and management of local and places which not only serves the customers but also provides the services for public customers. In recent years, with the rapid economic development, the rapid expansion of city scale and the rapid increase of foreign population, the social security work of Kunshan is now facing increasing challenges. In order to realize " restful Kunshan", and build a harmonious society, we design and construct a video monitoring system of Kunshan Peace Districts based on the " global eye" platform of Kunshan Telecom.We first introduce the application background of video monitoring system, and its current development home and abroad. Next, we further analyze the classification, key technology and video coding standards of H.264 of video monitoring system. Then, in line with "global eye"platform technical standards launched by China Telecom as well as designing principles and requirements of video monitoring system in Kunshan Peace Districts, a detailed design scheme of"global eye" video monitoring system in Kunshan Peace Districts is presented. Then, the implementation and operation of the video monitoring system in Kunshan Peace Districts are discussed in detail. And we also carefully analyze the specific implementation of the video monitoring system in one district. Finally, after discussing the operation of this system, we do the system operation tests on all kinds of businesses and the results show that our system conforms to the whole designing requirements of the video monitoring system.
