The Research On Index System Of The Archives Informatization

The developing of the archives informatization demands the construction of the archives informatization trend to the performance evaluation. It is in favor of us to learn the real level of the archives informatization of a place or the departments. And also provide the basis to help the country and departments to formulate the strategy and planning. And the construction of the index system of the archives informatization is the key of solving the problems.Based on the discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing index system of the archives informatization, This article aimed at constructed a more scientific and rational index system. This article combined the qualitative and quantitative methods to determine the related target. First use the Delphi method to sort the importance of the index. Then use the AHP to given the weight. On this basis constructed the index system of the archives informatization. And also assured the scientific of the design of the index system preliminary.Finally,applicating target system to evaluate archives informatization, testing and verifying the rationality and scientific of the target system. Based on the principle of homogeneity and comparability, the thesis choose 11 cities in Zhejiang Province to evaluate, then do comparative research with the result and that of Zhejiang Archives. At the same time, amendmenting index system by using the results of the comparative research. Eventually to build a more scientific index system.In a word, the purpose of this article is to constructed a relative scientific and rational index system.. Then use it to evaluate the consturction of the archives informatization. The evaluation is in order to reflect the effort and problems of the construction of the archives informatization. Then in favour of the deparments to formulate the right strategy and planning. What needs to be expalnation, the index system of the archives informatization is still in the initial stage. So there are some inadequacies needs to be improved in the practice.
