The Public Services Evaluation System Of National Archives And Empirical Research

Based on the comparative analysis of the existing public services and its evaluation situation of National Archives, this paper aimed at a more scientific and rational evaluation index system of National Archives, which can assess effectively and provide a new perspective for archives public services. This study can be divided into the following five aspects:Firstly, this paper introduce the background and explain the purpose and significance of the topic, then proposes the research ideas, priorities, difficulties,innovations of the paper on the basis of analysis on the domestic and abroad public services of National Archives.Secondly, the paper defines and explains the research object that the public services and evaluation of National Archives which according to the literature and survey interviews.Thirdly it is worth mentioning that this study will combine the qualitative and quantitative methods, mainly is AHP and Delphi, to construct a index system of the public services of National Archives. Then, to calculates the proportion of the index weights,establishes the formula and explains the specific rate rules.Fourthly, based on the comparability and accessibility of date, this paper will choose twenty-three archives in Zhejiang province as samples to make empirical analysis. What’s more, the study will use SPSS to deal with the data, which can make sure the index more scientific and rational.Finally, this paper describes the conclusions, analysis the shortcomings and put forward the research prospects. What needs to explain, the index system of National Archives’public services is still a new test, so there are some inadequacies to be improved and enriched in the practice.
