The Evaluation Index System Study On The Value Of Urban Development Archives

Based on the discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing index system of the Archives value evaluation,this paper aimed at constructed a more scientific and rational index system to improve the identification of urban development archives.The study is devided into the following five aspectsFirstly,this paper describes the background and explain the purpose and significance of the selected topic,then proposes the research ideas on the basis of the analysis on the domestic and international status of urban development archives.After that,the paper illustrates the research priorities,difficulties, innovations and research methods.Secondly,according to the literature research and survey interviews, this paper builds a valuation model of urban development archives, and uses the Delphi method to determine the scientific evaluation model.Thirdly,this study uses Delphi and AHP to determine the index weights,then uses software to calculate the proportion of the index weights,and establishes the pricing formula and the specific rate rules.Fourthly,in order to examine the index system constructed above,this paper will choose fifty samples in Hangzhou Urban development Archives in typical sampling method to make empirical analysis.What's more,this paper will use statistical methods to deal with the data,such as variance and correlation analysis.Finally,this paper describes the conclusions and the shortcomings of the study,and proposes a research prospects.
