Reconstruction Management Pattern Of Sustainable Development In University Library

This dissertation aims to study the strategic development programming of library,service idea,organization structures,information service system,and guarantee mechanism of the Library of Henan Polytechnic University.Series management problems of learning and using modern management ideas and methods for reference,promoting the reform of university library and its service,developing new library management pattern which fulfilled the customer's requirement are discussed under the new environment.In order to establish and develop the new innovative management ideas and methods,Business Process Reengineering,which is to establish a new core business process by rebuilding process of university library,is introduced during the research. According to the requirement of the strategy development of library,a new double-mode flat-organization structure pattern is proposed on the basis of customer-center principle.In the process of creating new-style service system,Customer Relationship Management was introduced.Via transforming traditional information service ideas in libraries,detailed ideas and plans about establishing information service system was put forward to make libraries become a competitive information service agency. Human-oriented incentive mechanism was to be set up,institution construction should be enforced,organizational cultural construction, cooperative mechanism and other security systems should be made to guarantee the smooth practice of new management pattern and realize sustainable development.
