Research On M Software Enterprise Project Management Implementation Scheme Based On CMMI

In the developed area of software industry,CMMI model has been widely used for project management.Compared with enterprises in developed areas,the project management level of small and medium-sized software enterprises in China is quite obvious.The implementation of CMMI to improve the project management level of small and medium software enterprises in China is an important channel for establishing a good reputation of the enterprise and showing the strength of the enterprise.M is an image processing software and outsourcing service providers live image processing software,by virtue of its excellent beauty technology to occupy the domestic market at the same time,also opened up Africa and North American market.The scale of business is expanding year by year,and the problem is gradually exposed.The original management mode has seriously restricted the further development of the company,and the upgrading of project management has become a top priority for enterprises.Starting from the concept of project management,this paper expounds the concept of software project management and CMMI,and then analyzes the main products and competitiveness of M company.M company has formulated CMMI3 level as the goal of process improvement,identified the improvement of the implementation personnel and division of labor,established the process improvement team(EPG),hired consultants from consultants as consultants,and hoped to introduce CMMI model into the company to help the development of the company.This paper summarizes the problems in M project management in recent years,and finds that several process domains,such as project planning,demand management,configuration management,measurement and analysis,are weak links in project management.This paper focuses on the implementation of the recommendations are as follows: project planning,requirements management,configuration management,measurement and analysis to improve several key process areas,formulate and conduct training to complete the internal Regulations & Documentations organization and management rules,during project execution,EPG according to the feedback of the development team and further optimize the organizational rules,form a virtuous cycle.Through the study of this paper,we have found that the proposed implementation plan is as follows: 1.To deepen the attention of high-level leaders;2.To set up a special group,clear division of labor,and organic coordination;3.To provide training in place to actively participate in improvement work to ensure that CMMI is The grassroots implementation is thorough.
