The CMMI popularization in software outsourcing industry not only helps to avoid the problems as mentioned above, and also helps to demonstrate the advantage of software outsourcing.This article firstly introduce the CMMI model and framework, secondly briefly discussed the software life cycle and V-model, then combine with A company working style base on CMMI5, illustrate with practical examples, introduce the experiences of how A company utilize CMMI in software outsourcing industry.
