Development Of Paperless Recorder Based On SCM

This recorder has the following main functions: Using serial RS485 communications to transmit the stored data on the recorder to the control center for the remote control; Expanded USB interface can facilitate the operator to save and analysis the derived historical data; Expansion of the data storage card, which selects FLASH memory chips, has the advantages of low-cost, reliable storage, repeatedly erase; Output information is displayed on the LCD. The collected recorder signals is displayed in forms of curve, charts, figures and so on, which facilitates the operators to watch and analysis; If necessary, it is also equipped with a multi-function keyboard in order to achieve human-machine interaction, and through the keyboard input interface, it is easy to input the control information to the paperless recorder. Through the development of these interfaces, the AR paperless recorder system has the function of the local and remote operation, the diversity of preservation data and showing ways, and the diversity of input signal and it's range. And also, the precise production technology is designed so that the recorder has a good stability, high reliability and superior cost-effective.The topic has completed the design of the USB interface module, the liquid crystal display module, the communication module, the field measuring appliance's reliability and so on.
