Research Of The Integrated Management Information Platform In Large Enterprise Groups

With the information systems become more and more in large enterprise groups, how to access, manage and share information resources immediately, interactively, accurately and personally, avoid isolated islands of information, and enhance the value of information resources and decision-making capability have become outstanding problems that large enterprise groups facing.By systemic analysis, this paper cleared the main scope and objectives of integrated management information platform in large enterprise groups. Through analyze synergy and systemic management theory, it conducted a comprehensive analysis towards feasibility of Integrated Management Information Platform and put forward the software frame and function frame of Integrated Management Information Platform. This paper analyzed Integrated Management Information Platform by various analysis methods and formed a relatively complete building program. With the using and analysis of Integrated Management Information Platform in Shandong Airlines, it finally proved the feasibility of this system.This paper can be mainly divided into six chapters. The first chapter: Introduction. This chapter discusses the research background of this paper and significance of topic selection, clears research ideas, content and research methods of this paper, and put forward expected innovation. The second chapter: Literature Summary. This chapter mainly reviews and comments theoretical analysis theory, synergy theory, systemic management theory and service-oriented architecture(SOA), and use them as research entry points and theoretical basis. The third chapter: Analysis on the Feasibility of Integrated Management Information Platform. This chapter did an analysis on the urgent of demand in the management of large enterprise groups and the reasonability of the foundation of this platform by systemic analysis methods. It also conducted an analysis towards the changes on management ways, formation of management deeds and improvement of management capability in large enterprise groups that using Integrated Management Information Platform. The fourth chapter: Software frame and function frame of Integrated Management Information Platform. This chapter begins with the feature of SOA, and analyses the feature of this system, advantage of adopting this system and SOA design of Integrated Management Information Platform. The fifth chapter: Demonstration of Integrated Management Information Platform. By the author's experience in enterprise Integrated Management Information Platform, Shandong airlines Integrated Management Information Platform, this chapter further demonstrates affects of Integrated Management Information Platform in large enterprise groups. The sixth chapter: Conclusion. This chapter concludes main research result of this paper and broaches the subsequent research imagination.There are two points of innovation in this paper:1. And it can make software development in large-scale be possible by organize professional division.The model of Integrated Management Information Platform that put forward in this paper has been tested by several practice of typical enterprise, and been proved to be widely applicable. It is good at solving problems in collaborative office and information integration, and makes full use of IT system in development of enterprise.
