The rapid development of information technology is widely used in office automation collaborative system created favorable conditions. Office automation(OA, Office Automation) system for the daily operatio n and management of the organization, staff and administrators use the highest frequency applications. Office automation collaborative system that allows different departments of a business process management system(BPMS) can communicate with each other. Use of information technology systems integration and collaborative manufacturing to office, not only can improve the efficiency of various departments, and can enhance the efficiency of collaboration between departments. To actively promote e-government, paperless office, to improve efficiency, quality and technical supervision province decided to develop a system suitable for the unit office automation collaborative system.In this thesis, the development and the role of office automation system to do a historical review, and a full analysis of the functions and features of quality and technology supervision department office automation collaborative system through the J2 EE technology and quality and technical supervision system office mode combined to achieve a suitable office automation collaborative system to the quality and technical supervision system works. This paper is divided into seven sections: introduction, relevant technical description, requirements analysis, system architecture design, system design and database design, system implementation and testing, conclusion. Introduction section details the history and development of quality and technical supervision departments of the characteristics of office automation systems and collaborative work problems need to be resolved, and the solutions proposed a specific framework. Related technical introductory section focuses on the realization of the system and related technology selection basis. Requirements analysis, system architecture design, system design and database design, system implementation and testing of the four parts of Quality and Technical Supervision Office Automation collaborative system solutions. Finally, the development of this system was summarized and future prospects.The system is developed using J2 EE lightweight SSH(Struts + Spring + Hibernate) development framework, the use of the popular "JDK1.6 + Tomcat6.0 + MyEclipe8.0" development platform and Oracle9 i database. A distributed way, the system reduces development costs and improve the maintainability and scalability of the system. This system can not only solve many problems in the province has been the quality and technical supervision systems exist in the work, but also improve the operating efficiency of the systems department of the province, upload documents issued work to solve the bottleneck, supervise the implementation of the work place. In addition, the system is also capable of co-transformation and quality supervision departments within the organization between the functions and play an active role in guiding.
