The method of Non-destructive testing could detect the crack in the material without damnification to the raw material.Non-destructive testing has been put into use wildly in industry.With the characteristics of higher sensitivity,shorter cycle,lower cost,Ultrasonic detection is an important method of NDT(Non-destructive testing).Besides that it does no harm to human body,compared with other NDT methods.The ultrasonic detection device of CTS22/23 could real-time reflect the internal suitation of material,while it couldn't keep the data permanently.A new solution is put forward in this article based on CTS22,which could collect and store the data of CTS22.ARM and FPGA are choosed as the framework of this solution,and embedded linux serves for operation system.According to the feature of CTS22's data,the technologies of FIFO,DMA controller and USB controller are used to finish the job of data transfer and storage.The waveform data of CTS22 would reach FIFO through AD,and it would be transferred to SdRam from FIFO by DMA controller.After that,the application could get the data from SdRam and put them in USB device by USB controller.During this process,FPGA is designed as FIFO to slow down the waveform data.The type of ARM is S3C2410 from Samsung and FPGA is cyclone from Altera.This paper puts emphasis on building the software platform of S3C2410 and developing device drivers needed in the test.In the paper,the work of porting embedded Linux OS,file system,Graphic user interface to the platform and developing the drivers of Touch screen,USB,LCD and DMA has been finished successfully.At last,the data transferred to the SdRam of S3C2410 could be stored in USB disk,then users could restore waveform of ultrasonic to find where the flaw lies.
