The travel control device based on the embedded system is designed in this paper, the travel control device can be used to lifting systems at arbitrary level and enhance the safety and reliability of the operation of the mine hoist.A design of the travel control device for mine hoist is presented,in which the embedded microcontroller LPC2138 based on ARM core,relevant interface circuit are adopted.Its travel control ideas,the main functions,hardware circuit design,software modules and so on are analyzed.The device of travel control has the travel control of the accurate S-shaped speed curve and protection functions,in this paper,the model of S-shaped speed curve is established to analyze and calculate the curve in detail.In addition,an example is cited to realize the S-shaped curve.In the hardware circuit design,the interface circuit of the on-chip peripherals,such as counter/timers,A/D converter,D/A converter,LCD and Touch Panel is analyzed.In software modules,real-time operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱis transplanted to LPC2138 and the codes associated with the controller are compiled.On the basis of the transplantation ofμC/OS-Ⅱ,the driver program of the counter/timers, A/D converter,D/A conversion,LCD and touch panel,UART0 and other drivers are designed.Application software layer highlights the program realization of the travel control of S-shaped speed curve and implicit function used in the calculation,in addition,the data acquisition module and the output control module are analyzed and designed.
