Along with the innovation of power electronics device and the original control theory accumulation, the technology of variable-frequency regulating speed has made great strides in development, and the research of high performance of vector control has become a hot spot. With the maturity of topology and control method of cascade inverter, using the way of low voltage to solve the problem of high voltage motor drive becomes main stream field of frequency control of motor speed under high voltage. Especially in mining field, mine hoist, as important large equipment, its performance of speed is highlighted. In this paper, the main content is the research of speed drive system of field-oriented control with cascade inverter under high voltage for mine hoist.This paper first introduced the development of electric drive equipment with mine hoist and some topological structure of multi-level speed regulation system under high voltage, and discussed the theory of vector control system, then analysised and researched cascade inverter with vector control system, and realized variable speed control system based on indirect field-oriented design and commissioning in the experiment. According to requirements of improving system performance with the vector control, deeply researched on asynchronous motor parameter identification of offline, and experiments were conducted to argue it, laying the foundation for future improvement. Through the analysis of basic principle of vector control based on DSP and FPGA core control chip with sampling communications and other peripheral circuit, ealized digitally speed drive system of field-oriented control, and based on this system realizes the parameter identification of asynchronous motor.The experimental results showed that the speed regulating system containing parameter system would be able to better to improve system performance service, but also a good way to determine the basic parameters of the motor in vector control system.This paper processed the simuiation to multi-level speed regulation system for mine hoist. Through the analysis of simulation results, the application of the vector control system in cascade inverter would enhance the performance of variable frequency speed regulation system in high pressure. This paper introducesd the experimental platform, the hardware and software, at the same time, expounded the design train and thought of the controlling system, more clearly reflected the using of the vector control theory in the procedure, and experimental results show that the program is available, the control system has high performance, and could meet the further hoister of performance requirements and ensure secure and reliable.
