The mine hoist is most important during mining equipment, is a set of complex mechanical electrical units, is the main tool of coal production and transportation. The traditional relay contactor control the mine hoist control system speed is not smooth, complex operation, high failure rate, poor reliability, the waste of energy, the disadvantage of low efficiency. The mine hoist control system research has practical significance, has become the domestic and international industry experts and scholars as an important research topic.According to the mine hoist control process and control requirements, design a kind of frequency converter based on PLC and touch screen, a new elevator control system. The main control system adopts PLC control mode, greatly reducing the control system failure rate, improve the system reliability; control system selects the relatively advanced frequency control scheme. For three-phase asynchronous motor is a nonlinear, multivariable, strong coupled complicated controlled object, it is difficult to establish the precise mathematical model characteristics, this paper adopts vector control variable frequency speed regulating method. From the vector control principle introduction of asynchronous motor in coordinate control equation, finally obtains the current loop and speed loop of double closed loop variable frequency speed control system model. In the closed loop system this paper introduces the design of better control fuzzy PID controller. Using Matlab/Simulink software to construct a vector control system simulation model. The traditional PID and fuzzy PID vector control method for a large number of simulation experiments, and finally the simulation results show that the fuzzy control, PID controller can effectively overcome the AC motor vector control system with nonlinear and parameter variation on system performance, thereby improving the robustness of the system, is a promising intelligent control method. The paper also designs the hardware and software system of mine hoist. In order to improve the reliability of the system, the hoisting machine of various physical quantities and control unit design of the monitoring system. The experiment and simulation results show that, the system is reliable, high control precision, can satisfy the production operation control requirements.
