One of main equipment of main is the production of mine, which is a complex mechanical and electrical units,which is the main tool for coal production and transportation. It is the link of communication between mine production and the surface transport. Therefore,the equipment of mine plays a decisive role in large equipment,whose performance and capability of mine production capacity is an important factor and a very important role in mine production.Fuzzy control is independent of the accurate mathematical model. It can overcome the non-linear factors and adjust to the parameters of the object what have stronger robustness etc. Fuzzy control achieved satisfactory effects in the dc speed control system and the servo system.Compared with the traditional control theory,the fuzzy control is incomparable advantages: it can realize people's control strategy and experience; it is the mathematical model which need not be charged object and the control of better realizable. Because of the dynamic characteristics of the controlled object already implied in the input and output of fuzzy sets and the fuzzy rules in the fuzzy controller.This paper presents the design and application of the fuzzy control system in mine hoister systems and brake system and coordination of speed control system which base on analysis of digital hoister of dc speed control system principle and the design of fuzzy controller and the applied research of the fuzzy control technology in mine hoister.
