Open Access Information Service Of University Library For The User's Needs

With the development of networking in recent society, which has made the servicemodel of academic library facing unprecedented changes, resources on networkinginformation has been playing an significant role in people’s daily studying and working.The rapid development of open access has made itself attracting increasing attention asa new communication and spreading method, while open access, by its unique way, isaffecting the development of the academic library.This article places an entry point based on user requirements, and focuses on theopen access information service of academic library as main object of study. By theform of questionnaire research, this article has made researches in library users, andwith the data gained from those, it analyses the user requirements for open accessinformation service, and summarizes the characteristics of the user requirements in openaccess information service of academic library. By the method of online survey, thisarticle also takes some researches on the current status of development of open accessinformation service in academic library, articulates both the achievements gained andexisting issues in open access information service in academic library, and makessuggestions on optimizations of open access information service in academic library.Hope that, through these researches and studies, this article would contribute to thedevelopment in the national open access information service in academic library asreference.
