| Information Technology (IT) industry is an important and chief industry for the development of economy. Such an industry needs a large number of skillful personnel to service for different levels. The students in middle vocational school, who major in IT, are essential parts in IT industry, and they are also the base of reasonable pyramid structure. Therefore, the special knowledge and skill that they mastered, will directly influence the development of IT companies, even the IT industry. Based on the demand of the IT talented structure, and to meet the characteristic of middle vocation school, such as the IT specialties, teaching level, training conditions and so forth. The paper designs the new mode for the IT talented cultivation. It is in this way that can make the IT skill which the students must learn, aims directly at the demands of IT companies, and promote the IT industry raises steadily and orderly.The paper includes five chapters. Chapter one refers to the background, consisting of the general situation, the leading idea of vocational education, the native and foreign related research, and the significance, main content and methods of the paper. Chapter two refers to the recent situation, tendency and characteristic of IT industry, and the human resource demands analysis. Chapter three mainly analyses the development of middle vocational school in China, and the problems existing in cultivation. Chapter four through the method and experience in America, India and Japan, which all are developed countries and have a well basis in vocational education, summarize the inspirations that advantage the IT talented cultivation in our country. Chapter five refers to the basic theory and detailed content for the IT talented cultivation in middle vocational school. |
