Design And Implementation Of Middle Vocational School Course Content Management System

There are 400 courses were taught in Tianjin Beichen middle vocational school.Classroom teaching is the main teaching method.Course electronic content can not be timely released.Interactive online teaching is hard.It is needed to develop a course content management system to achieve online interactive teaching without time,space and geographical constraints.In this paper,a multi-user middle vocational school course content management system based on the MVC pattern,using J2 EE,Hibernate framework technology and MySQL database is designed and implemented.Course center,course management,system management,personal information and personal mailbox function module is implemented.After the user successfully logs in,the system recognizes the user's level and reads the user authority,and then displays the user's directory according to its authority.The user's authority on the subdirectory will inherit all the permissions of the parent directory.A “Word” style course content editor based on open source plug-in(Fckeditor)is designed for easy using.In addition,school,major,course,course content group and other organizational structure the system can be defined by recursive directory flexibly.Furthermore,the e-mail in the system is developed for interaction between teachers and students,teachers and teachers,users and system administrators.This system is developed by open source software completely.It can be flexibly deployed in common server even on normal PC.It can greatly save the cost.Teachers can release course contents,teaching arrangement and notification by the system anytime and anywhere.The updates can attract students to access the courses contents.The teaching effect and quality is improved.
