Vocational education plays an important role in the educational system of our country, which has the closest relation with development of economic of society. As the Chinese vocational educational reform penetrates step-by-step, the courses, which develop students' practical ability and vocational technique of middle vocational school, have been put forward to the schedule. Traditional teaching pattern can't adjust to those practical courses aiming to develop and the requirement of future society, so we must pursuit for new systems and methods extremely urgent.The most effective way to conduct educational reform is to make a integrate of informational technology and teaching course under the guide of construct theory. In accordance with the present situation of the middle vocational practical courses, I try seeking for an available system by studying the "Electrician Training".Basing on the theory that elaborate creates educational system in detail, I organize some subject educational activities and develop some relative investigations to test and improve the new system, which has beentestified useful by some relative experiments. This system ---- teacheris the director and student is the participant develops students' interests of study and ability of cooperative research, and improve their knowledge and technical ability about effective studying and practical capacity.
