Relationship Among Emergency Information Resources And Its Metadata Model Oriented To Decision

How to deal with these emergencies quickly and effectively and reduce its harm to human society has become an important content of the work for governments. This research on the relationship among emergency information resources and it's metadata model serves for improving the emergency decision and effective response to emergencies.First, According to the five major characteristics, analyzing the business of emergency management. Through the analysis of emergency management business, summed up emergency-related resources to carry out the definition, classification. Meanwhile, according to the analysis of emergency decision process, combined with emergency information resources, constructing the relationship model in the inner of events information resources, or between events information and emergency decision support information resources and Emergency protection of information resources, which includes Inheritance, Association, Included relationship, Causal relationship, as well as up to the relationship between input and output. And then build the relationship model among emergency information resources oriented to Decision Support. The relationship model described in this paper based on the DC core set. At the end of this paper, the relation among emergency information resources and its metadata model are taken into practice, and taking the construction of Emergency information library, information retrieval, as well as knowledge-guided three areas for example and verifying the model.In this paper, not only provide a good guide for the construction of the emergency library table, the integration of emergency information resources; but also provide good information retrieval and knowledge-guided program, which can better support the emergency decision and improve the efficiency of emergency management.
