Payroll has been one of the most important methods to keep and enhance employee satisfaction and integrity as well as the key point for enterprises to attract and maintain talents. As a result, motivational and scientific payroll system not only contributes to cultivate employees' enthusiasm and creativity, but also to the fast development of the enterprise after transformation. Based on the practice of Y Television Media Corporation, this paper analyses the problems existing concerning payroll management system within this corporation, moreover, research has been done with respect to the designing and implementation of the payroll system in this paper.Firstly, based on the practice of Y Television Media Corporation, through literature research, this paper analyses the necessity of transformation within this corporation and proposes the goals of payroll reform.Secondly, an analysis concerning current HR and payroll status of Y Television Media Corporation is carried out through survey and analysis of employee demands and satisfaction. Thirdly, after explaining the principle and framework of payroll system of Y Television Media Corporation, a new payroll system has been designed for all levels of employees within this corporation using scientific payroll designing tools.Lastly, this paper states clearly the effect of implementing, controlling, modifying the system and draws a conclusion on existing problems, based on which improving suggestions are proposed.
