Accompany with the rapid development of the computer network, the architecture of the network is increasingly complicated, the scale of network extends continuously, The application of information technology in a great mode changes, the functions and positions of the network management are also more and more important. Facing the huge network and the sophisticated net equipments.,the traditional centralized network management and Client/Browser network framework can not adapt to the new requirement of network development gradually. Therefore, the design of a scalable strong, open, easy-to-use Web-based network management system is very necessaryAccording to the Network Management System development trends, we bring forward a network management architecture based on Browser/Client architecture for THIN CLIENT .We refer to the MVC architecture and Struts framework when carry out the system. And the use of XML features reasonable improved Struts said layer, Form the architecture of Web services for the framework; When designing the core part of system, I carefully studied and analyzed the fault management system requirements, finally divided the system into three core modules: TRAP Management module, Event Management module, Alarm Management moduleTRAP Management module belongs to the data collector layer ; And event management module and alarm management module belong to the core services layer, using Spring framework, to reduce the operational coupling between the categories and make a more systematic framework ; Database layer hibernate framework used to provide a variety of databases to better support The actual development process, the system is reserved the filter interface and the event interface, full consideration of the system can be expanded, making the system more flexible, applicability stronger.
