The Research And Realization Of Shop Floor Control System With ERP System

This paper introduced the basic theories of ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) from the angle of enterprise information technology and the Shop Floor Control System technology is profound researched. Although ERP has been widely applied in discrete production enterprises, its application in successive manufacturing enterprises is rarely found. In this thesis the features of successive production are analyzed with contrast to the discrete production. With the adoption of the ideas of ERP, an information system mode for production management in successive manufacturing enterprises is presented. Based on this mode , the production management information system was developed for Lanjian(GuiZhou) PuBu company . According to the features of successive production, this production management mode focuses on the aim of High Quality, Low Cost and Strong Competition Capability. The production planning is based on the maximumequipment production capability. Then the supply planning is established according to the production planning and the formula. The production quality and energy consumption are controlled to reduce the cost and adjust the production types to strengthen the market competition. The whole mode includes the key elements such as production scheduling, production process, quality control . Based on this production management mode, production management information system was developed. the system includes Basic setup, Production dispatching, Planning to draw material, Checking in material, Production record , working procedure record . The system adopts a special coding method to track production quality, and production process is fed back to adjust production. As a part of ERP, the production system is integrated with other systems such as Supply Chain, Equipment Management and Query of Leader. The information is shared by all the sub systems and the responsibility of the enterprise to markets is strongly enhanced.On a basis of theories mentioned above, a theoretical model of Shop Floor Control System is provided and successful applied to an ERP's Shop Floor Control System in Lanjian(GuiZhou) pubu company. As a result, the management efficiency of this company is increasingly grown level .Along with evolution of UML and maturation of OOA and OOD tools, a whole UML's application example in Shop Floor Control subsystem of ERP is provided and the core business processes of shop floor scheduling, production process management and so on are implemented using Microsoft SQL Serve and Microsoft Visul Basic 6.0. The contents include: the development and basic theories of ERP, study on production system of Successive manufacturing enterprises, the research of Shop Floor Control system and theoretical base on UML, the design and realization of Shop Control System with ERP System.
